L.A.X. (Los Angeles Times) Review

So there is alot of hype surrounding this new Game album and you have stans calling it a "Classic" and Haters saying it is hot garbage. Well, i am here to give an unbiased track by track analysis about Game's supposed Magnum Opus. Let's get things started with the first track

1. Intro feat. DMX- I am all for prayer and loving Jesus, but when you got Earl Simmons (aka Mr. I've been arrested upwards 6 times this year) opening an album that is full of numerous gun, violence, and sex references. i find it a bit ironic, but whatever..a waste of a minute and a half in my opinion

2.LAX Files- good song, nice piano driven beat, nothing extravagant about the song though

3.State of Emergency Feat. Ice Cube- Pretty Good song, good use of an Ice cube hook

4. Bulletproof Diaries Feat. Raekwon- One of the standout tracks by far, driven with a menacing beat that makes you want to beat someone up. Game trades bars with the chef but comes up short,  not saying he does a bad job, but Game isn't up to par with Raekwon's type of lyricism.

5. My life Feat. Weezy- Another standout, weezy kills the hook and after his numerous features
i'm glad that he is limited to the hook, because that all that was needed.

6.Money- Produced by Cool and Dre and poised to be the next single. i believe it uses the same song that they sampled on the rick ross' "push it to the limit". It gets a little redundant but it is a strong track nonetheless.

7.Cali Sunshine-Has a nice beat, pretty good hook and is pretty much game talking about how hard cali is like he do on every record. He talks about Delishis, making it rain, 64's and palm trees.etc

8.Ya Heard feat. Ludacris- Producer Nottz uses a sample from the ever popular 80's rap song, Jam on it by Newcleus but it ends up sounding kind of awkward, Luda's verse is nice though.

9.Hard Liqour Interlude- waste of time

10.House of Pains- has a kind of cool beat, pretty good song. Grows on you, not a big fan of the hook though..

11.Gentleman's Affair feat. Ne-Yo- is the usual ladies song that is included in most commercial hip hop songs..its whatever, the ladies will probably like it

12.Let Us Live Feat. Chrissette Michelle- One of the best beats Scott Storch has made in a while, one of the best songs on the cd, i love Chrissete on the hook.

13.Touchdown feat. raheem devaughn-Another girl song, but much better executed than the one with ne-yo. i like this record

14.Angel Feat. Common-The song feels alot different then the rest of the records on this album but its a welcomed departure. Common kills the song and Kanye provides a great canvas for them to paint on

15.Never can say goodbye- its a great track, game raps like pac, biggie and and eazy e in their final thoughts.

16.Dope Boys- Awesome track the beat is ridiculous, one thing i do gotta recommend is Killer Mike's Fleece Johnsoning of this track. He goes way harder than Game's version.

17.Game's Pain Feat. Keyshia Cole- Wack

18.Letter to the king feat. Nas- is a track that is a letter to martin luther king.. it is a real good song, real laid back vibe. The song got a good message.

19.Outro feat. DMX- Earl going off again, good message but DMX needs to get his act together.

The cd is XXXX out of XXXXX, 4 out of 5 x's not better than the Documentary but far better than Doctor's Advocate
